Excellence in Amenities and Facilities
- Engaged McMahon Group to facilitate Master Facility Planning
- 18-hole Championship golf course redesigned by Jim Fazio in 2011.
- Range renovated with Top Tracer technology providing interactive access via App. Renovation in progress to add 18,000sq ft to the tee box and changed turf from TifTurf to Bermudagrass
- Multiple turf options – Celebration Bermuda with Mini Verde greens. Some tees grassed with Tifdwarf & Celebration.
- Short game and putting green under renovation as well. October 1st opening. Siting area behind Range to accommodate members in between teeing off and using the Range.
- Starting in 2023 runoffs around the green were mown at fairway height to aid drainage and offer more variety of short game shots around the greens.
- Reshaped the fairway with contour to be able to better define heights from fairway to rough.

- All coquina pathways replaced with pavers to reduce the impacts on maintenance equipment
- Hired full time landscape architect and arborist to develop a 3 year landscape replacement program
